President & Owner
Robert has been with the company for over 35 years. Robert is currently a member of NAIOP (National Private Developers Forum), a member of the Board of Directors for GROW Licking County, the Newark Sport and Event Commission, and Park National Bank.

Frank Rosato
Vice President
With over 43 years of construction and management experience, 40 of those years with Southgate. Frank oversees all aspects of construction, including site identification, building design, and bidding and issuing construction contracts. During his tenure, Frank has been involved with commercial, multi-family, and over 3.5 million square feet of industrial development.
Diane Capaci
Vice President
Diane is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of experience in accounting and finance. Diane has been with Southgate since 2013. Diane oversees all aspects of Southgate’s financial and accounting functions. Diane also participates in developing and supporting Southgate’s construction projects and works closely with Southgate’s tenants, construction clients, and financial institutions to support each client and their needs.
Russ Boren
Construction Manager
Russ recently celebrated his 20th anniversary with Southgate. Russ is responsible for keeping projects running smoothly and closely monitors each project’s schedule and budget. Russ ensures that Southgate’s high standards and quality are maintained for all projects, regardless of size.
Ruth McCorkle
Design & Project Coordinator
Ruth has over 20 years of architectural design and working drawings experience. Ruth has been with Southgate since 2014. Working closely with each project’s construction team, Ruth prepares and maintains project documents and plans.
Perry Ashcraft
Maintenance
Perry Ashcraft has been a fixture with Southgate for over 25 years. Perry covers the maintenance needs for Southgate and our tenants. Perry works closely with Southgate’s tenants and is knowledgeable of all of Southgate’s buildings and properties.
Molly Adornetto
Office Assistant
Whether you are calling into the office or visiting, Molly will be there to greet you. Molly also works closely with our tenants and their service needs. Molly joined the Southgate team in 2019.
Vicki Poliseno
Accountant
Vicki joined Southgate in 2023 with over 30 years of accounting experience. She works closely with Southgate’s tenants and contractors.
Alex O’Neill
Alex joined Southgate Corporation in 2023. His responsibilities currently include project oversight and on-site project management with an emphasis on sub-contractor quality control.
