History

Southgate Corporation started in 1953 as a land development company which has grown steadily to prominence as an industrial development company. The Company has designed and built over 7 million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space for well known companies such as GE, Dow Chemical, Diebold, Ecolab, Owens Corning, Nestle and Bayer.
